After-Hours Notary Fees
After-Hours Notary Service Fee - $85
Fee Breakdown: $15 Washington State Notary Fee + $10 Administrative Fee
Each Additional Signature: $15
After Hours Convenience Fee: $20
Mobile Notary Service Flat Fee: $40 [within a 30 mile radius]
Travel beyond 30 miles from zip code 98042: $1 [per additional mile]
Session Time: Varies based on document complexity. Most standard notarizations take 15-30 minutes to complete.
After Hour Remote Online Notarization (RON): $65
Fee Breakdown: $25 Washington State RON Notary Fee + $40 Convenience Fee
Requirement: Valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, state ID, passport, or military ID)
Additional Service Fees
Witness Service Fee - $10 per witness [Available if needed]
Service Description
Our after hours notary service is designed for clients with urgent document needs outside of traditional business hours. Whether you're facing a tight deadline, working non-traditional hours, or dealing with an unexpected situation requiring immediate notarization, we provide mobile notary services that come to your location during evening and overnight hours.

Important: We primarily provide mobile services, we cannot accommodate walk-ins at our office location.
After hours appointments are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance. A confirmation will be provided once your appointment is secured.
All notarizations include verification of signer identity, confirmation of awareness and willingness to sign, and proper journal entry documentation as required by Washington State law.
If witnesses are needed for your appointment please inform us in advance, this allows us to arrange for witnesses to be present at your scheduled time.
If you anticipate needing more time due to multiple documents or complex notarizations, please inform us when booking your appointment. Additional fees may apply.
