POA Notary Service Fee - $25
Fee Breakdown: $15 Washington State Notary Fee + $10 Administrative Fee
Each Additional Notarization: $15
Session Time: 15 - 30 Minutes
Session time depends on the complexity of the affidavit and number of signatures required.
Mobile Notary Service Fee - Start at $40, covering the first 30 miles from the Zip code location 98042. For appointments requiring travel beyond this distance, an additional charge of $1 per mile applies. This travel fee will be added to your notary service fee.
Additional Document Copies: $1 [per page]
Rush Service: $25 additional [same day]
Witness Service Fee - $10 per witness [Available if needed]

All office appointments must be scheduled in advance and are allocated 15-30 minutes per standard notarization. As we primarily provide mobile services, we cannot accommodate walk-ins at our office location.
If witnesses are needed for your appointment please inform us in advance, this allows us to arrange for witnesses to be present at your scheduled time.
If you anticipate needing more time due to multiple documents or complex notarizations, please inform us when booking your appointment. Additional fees may apply.
