Remote Online Notary Fees
Remote Online Notary Service Fee - $40
Fee Breakdown: $25 Washington State Notary Fee + $15 Administrative Fee
Each Additional Notarization: $25
After Hours RON Convenience Fee: $20
Session Time - 15-30 minutes
Depending on document complexity and number of signatures required.

Service Description
Our Remote Online Notarization (RON) service allows you to have your documents legally notarized from anywhere with an internet connection. Using secure audio-visual technology, we verify your identity and witness your signature electronically, eliminating the need for in-person meetings while maintaining all legal requirements for proper notarization.

Important: All online remote appointments must be scheduled in advance. A confirmation will be provided once your appointment is secured.
All notarizations include verification of signer identity, confirmation of awareness and willingness to sign, and proper journal entry documentation as required by Washington State law.
All office appointments must be scheduled in advance and are allocated 15 minutes per standard notarization. We primarily provide mobile services, we cannot accommodate walk-ins at our office location.
If witnesses are needed for your appointment please inform us in advance, this allows us to arrange for witnesses to be present at your scheduled time.
If you anticipate needing more time due to multiple documents or complex notarizations, please inform us when booking your appointment. Additional fees may apply.
