Weekend & Holiday Notary Fees
Weekend\Holiday Mobile Notary Service Fee: $110 - [By appointment only]
Fee Breakdown: $15 Washington State Notary Fee + $10 Administrative Fee
Each Additional Notarization: $15
Weekend\Holiday Convenience Fee: $25
Mobile Notary Service Travel Fee: $60 [within a 30 mile radius]
Travel beyond 30 miles from zip code 98042: $2.00 [per additional mile]
Session Time - Varies based on document complexity. Most standard notarizations take 15-30 minutes to complete.
Weekend\Holiday Remote Online Notarization (RON): $65
Fee Breakdown: $25 Washington State RON Notary Fee + $15 Administrative Fee
Each Additional Notarization: $25
Weekend\Holiday Convenience Fee: $25
Requirement: Valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, state ID, passport, or military ID)

Convenient notary services available during weekends and holidays by appointment only. When our office is closed for weekends or holidays, we're here to help with your urgent notarization needs. This pricing covers all notary services we offer, including loan signings, real estate documents, powers of attorney, affidavits, and other document notarizations.

Important Information: Our office is closed on weekends and holidays. Weekend and holiday services are available exclusively as mobile appointments or remote online notarizations.All weekend and holiday services are subject to availability by appointment only.
We recommend that you book 24-hour in advance. Holiday rates apply to all federal holidays, even when they fall on weekdays.
If witnesses are needed for your appointment please inform us in advance, this allows us to arrange for witnesses to be present at your scheduled time.
If you anticipate needing more time due to multiple documents or complex notarizations, please inform us when booking your appointment. Additional fees may apply.
Weekend/holiday convenience fees are applied once per appointment regardless of the number of documents.
