Will and Trust Notarization Fees


Will and Trust Service Fee - $25


Fee Breakdown: $15 Washington State Notary Fee + $10 Administrative Fee


Each Additional Notarization: $15 per notarial stamp


Standard Session Time - 30-45 Minutes


Complex Estate Session Time: 60-90 Minutes


Document Requirements:

-All documents must be completely filled out before the notarization session

-Documents must be in final form with no blank spaces to be filled in later

-All pages must be present (no missing pages)

-Documents must not be signed before the notary session


Signer Requirements:

-Valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, state ID, passport, or military ID)

-Physical presence: All signers must be physically present for the notarization

-Competency:All signers must be able to communicate directly with the notary and understand

  what they are signing

-Willingness: All signers must be signing of their own free will, without coercion


Witness Requirements:

-Some will and trust documents require witnesses (typically 2) who are:

  Not named in the document

-Not related by blood or marriage to the signer

-At least 18 years of age

-Able to present valid ID


Please arrange for witnesses in advance if required by your documents.

Our Notary Services


- In-Office Notarization [By appointment only]

- Mobile Notary Services [We come to your home, office or preferred location.]

- Mobile Services include additional fees and require full payment at the time of booking.

Additional Service Fees



Mobile Notary Service Fee - Start at $40, covering the first 30 miles from the Zip code location 98042. For appointments requiring travel beyond this distance, an additional charge of $1 per mile applies. This travel fee will be added to your notary service fee


Witness Service Fee - $10 per witness [Available if needed]


Important: All office appointments must be scheduled in advance and are allocated 15 minutes per standard notarization. As we primarily provide mobile services, we cannot accommodate walk-ins at our office location.


If witnesses are needed for your appointment please inform us in advance, this allows us to arrange for witnesses to be present at your scheduled time.


If you anticipate needing more time due to multiple documents or complex notarizations, please inform us when booking your appointment. Additional fees may apply.
